This newsletter was one of the main things I came up with.
My intention is to bring you interesting stuff that will help you build your empire!

Their main focus is residential customers who aren’t looking to do a complete bathroom remodel, but instead make some major changes to the bath and/or shower. Most jobs are completed in just 1-3 days. The product itself is pre-cut and simulated to look like stone or marble so it appears like the real thing. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.

Benefits for the Franchisee:
- Lead Gen – FSBS likes to say they are a marketing company who happens to do bath remodels. They claim 70%-90% of your leads will come from the advertising they do on your behalf.
- Small Team – You can start with just yourself and 1 installer. As your installer’s schedule gets full, you’ll add on another installer when it makes sense for the business.
- Simple Model – Without doing a complete overhaul of the bathroom, you’re able to get jobs done quickly and efficiently. You don’t need skilled labor as anyone can be trained to become an installer.
- Start From Home – They recommend that you start the business from home. You can lease a small 300-500 sq ft location but that is not required or recommended on day 1
- Call Center – In-house call center allows you to focus on sales and installation instead of setting appointments and answering questions.
- Item 19 – 7 pages of relatively transparent financials including net income breakdown for a corporate location. Median Gross Sales according to the chart above was $835,356. If you take the high end of the total investment ($253,000) you’re getting a potential 3.3x return on investment.
