  • Contents restoration is covered by insurance. Everyone has it. For an insurance company, it’s much less expensive to clean and restore an item than it is to replace it. For a homeowner, they’d usually much rather have THEIR item with sentimental value.
  • Traditional property restoration companies fix a house/building after a fire/flood/storm. There is quite a bit of competition in the industry because of the demand. Blue Kangaroo received referrals from those restoration companies instead of competing with them.

  • According to their FDD, the 2023 AUV for all locations was $880,415.
