Rolling Suds is already the largest franchisor in the Residential and Commercial Power Washing space after only one year of development. That was made possible by leveraging a 34-year-old Affiliate that has perfected proprietary systems, tools, and methodologies to build a $2M power washing business in Philadelphia, PA leveraging both residential and commercial accounts. In a marketplace that is extremely fragmented and populated with Mom-and-Pop operations, our franchisees stand out in the crowd due to the capabilities of our proprietary trucks and equipment to perform services in a fraction of the time vs. competitors as well as service commercial business beyond the scope of most in the industry.

Labor is unskilled and due to the strong EBITA of the business model, our franchisees are able to attract employees by out-pacing, in most markets, the average pay scale for employees.

Our Franchisees are all full-time in the business, unless they can show they have the capital and experience to put a team in place from the beginning. We are attracting empire builders who desire to build a seven-figure business and expect to work on the business, not in it. Initially our franchisees will be focused on managing a small crew, performing estimates for customers, and networking in the community with commercial lead providers.

We are looking for franchisees with the capital and desire to build a large business.

They should be comfortable managing blue collar employees and interacting with homeowners and commercial property decision makers. While many of our franchisees have built businesses in the past, this is a relatively simple model and does not require any experience to succeed.
